# Refunds and withdrawal

## Withdraw from your subscription

1. Go to **Settings**, **Plan & Billing**.
2. Click **Withdraw from contract here**. The date shows how long the option is available.
3. Check the details and the refund, then click **Confirm withdrawal**.

Your subscription ends immediately and we send you a confirmation email. You can still download your expenses for a period.

You can also withdraw by emailing support@traackly.com within the 14 days. Use email if you have already deleted your account or your dashboard is paused.

## How much you get back

The full amount you paid for the subscription, including any upgrade charges. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days, with no fees, and include the tax on the amount refunded. Stripe emails you a confirmation.

## Other refunds

Outside the 14 days, payments are not refundable, and canceling doesn't refund the rest of your period. We do refund billing mistakes, unused account credit when your account closes (on request), and the other cases in section 9 of the [Terms of Service](/terms#refunds). Write to support@traackly.com.

Stripe, which sells Traackly for us, has its own refund policy and can refund some payments, for example a payment you didn't authorize or one taken twice. Ask Stripe's support.
