Your data is yours. Download your expenses whenever you need them, for your accountant or your own records.

## Export your expense list

On your dashboard, use the export buttons above your expense list. On a phone, tap the download icon.

| Format | Plans |
| --- | --- |
| CSV | All plans |
| Excel | Pro and Scale |
| PDF | Pro and Scale |

The export includes every expense that matches your current search and filters, not only the page you see. To export a month, set the date range in **Filters** first. To export some expenses only, tick them on the page you see and use the export buttons that appear.

## What is in the file

Every export has the same columns: Merchant, Category, Description, Transaction Date, Added On, Amount and Currency. Amounts are plain numbers and the Currency column holds the code, such as USD or EUR, so the file imports cleanly into a spreadsheet or accounting tool. The PDF is laid out as an expense report with page numbers.

Files are named by date, for example `expenses-2026-10-08.csv`.

## A full copy of your data

Exports contain your expense details. For a complete copy of everything in your account, including your receipt files, email privacy@traackly.com from the email address on your account.

## If your plan has ended

If your plan ended or a payment failed, you can still download all your expenses as CSV from the screen you see when you sign in.
