Traackly is an expense tracker app with a receipt scanner, built for anyone who tracks spending, from personal budgets to freelancers and small businesses. Take a photo of a receipt and the details fill themselves in. Depending on your plan, you can also forward receipts by email or just say what you spent.

The first time you subscribe to Starter, you get 7 days of Pro features at no extra cost: Quick Add and voice, budgets, recurring expenses, charts, and Excel and PDF export. Upgrade during the trial and everything you set up stays. If you stay on Starter, the budgets and recurring expenses you set up are paused when the trial ends and kept for a period, so upgrading within that time brings them back. After that they are deleted.

Open Traackly in your phone's browser and take a photo of the receipt. That's it. You can also add Traackly to your home screen so it opens like an app. Here's how.

Photos in JPG, PNG, HEIC or HEIF up to 10 MB, and PDF receipts or invoices up to 5 MB. Up to 10 files at once.

50 a month on Starter, 100 on Pro and 150 on Scale. Your count resets every month.

You can edit any detail yourself. If a scan fails, retry it once or simply upload the receipt again.

Yes, on Scale. Forward a receipt or invoice to your personal Traackly address and it shows up as an expense. You can forward up to 10 emails a day, and each one counts as a scan.

Traackly keeps every receipt with its expense and sorts it into a category, including the ones you create. On Scale, you get up to 3 workspaces, so you can keep your business and personal expenses apart. See all features.

Anytime, in Settings, Plan & Billing. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. Full refund within 14 days of subscribing.

Pay by card or another method shown at checkout. Payments run through Stripe's secure checkout.

Yes. Your receipts are kept in private, encrypted storage, and each account can reach only its own data.

Yes. Download your expenses as CSV on every plan, or as Excel and PDF on Pro and Scale.

We keep it for a period after your plan ends, so you can come back or download your expense list. Then it is permanently deleted, except the records our Privacy Policy says we keep longer.

Yes, on Scale you can use up to 3 workspaces, each with its own expenses, budgets and categories.
