Duplicates flagged, never deleted

A receipt with the same merchant, amount and date as another expense is marked Duplicate, so you decide which to keep.

A second chance for blurry photos

If a receipt can't be read, retry it once, upload a sharper photo, or type the details yourself.

Starter includes 50 Smart Scans a month, Pro 100 and Scale 150. Your count resets once a month, on the same day each month. Expenses you add yourself never count toward it.

Photos in JPG, PNG, HEIC or HEIF up to 10 MB, and PDFs up to 5 MB, with up to 10 files at a time.

Yes. A copy of each receipt is saved with its expense, and you can open it in a viewer and zoom in at any time. Deleting an expense also deletes its receipt file.

Every field can be edited, straight in the scan card or later in your expense list. If a receipt can't be read at all, you can retry it once, upload a sharper photo or enter the details yourself.
