Terms of Service
Effective date: October 28, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026
Welcome to Traackly! Traackly is an expense tracker provided by Anyphorel LLC.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, explain how you may use Traackly. Please read them carefully. If you are in the United States, section 17 requires disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration instead of by a judge or jury, and explains how to opt out within 30 days.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Anyphorel LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). Traackly is a brand of Anyphorel LLC. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.
These terms cover everything we offer under the Traackly name (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is not part of this contract.
How the contract is made. You choose a plan and pay on Stripe's checkout page, where you can check and correct your details and see the total, including any tax, before you agree to these terms. The contract starts when your payment is confirmed, and we email you a confirmation. We keep the version of these terms you accepted and send you a copy on request. The contract is in English.
Buying through Stripe. Stripe, meaning Stripe and its group companies, sells your plan on our behalf as merchant of record. It takes your payment, collects tax where it handles it and sends your receipts, under its own customer terms shown at checkout. Your payment to Stripe counts as payment to us. We provide the Service and remain responsible for it. If these terms and Stripe's both give you a right, you can rely on either.
Consumers and business customers. You are a "consumer" if you use the Service mainly outside your trade, business or profession, and a "business customer" if you use it for your business or for an organization, which you confirm you may bind. Some sections treat them differently.
2. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract where you live, to create an account or use the Service. You may not create an account for, or on behalf of, anyone under 18. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If we have reason to believe you do not, we may suspend or close your account.
You may not use the Service if you are in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or on a US government list of restricted parties. By using the Service, you confirm that you are not, and we may close any account that is.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details secret and tell us at once at support@traackly.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date, because we send important notices there.
- An account is for one person. Workspaces let you keep separate sets of expenses, but they cannot be shared with other people.
- You are responsible for activity in your account that you allowed, or that happened because you did not keep your login details secret.
- If you sign in with Google, Google's terms also apply to that sign-in.
4. What the Service does
The Service helps you record and organize expenses. Depending on your plan, you can scan receipts with AI, which we call Smart Scan, add expenses by typing or speaking with Quick Add and voice, forward receipts by email, set budgets, track recurring expenses, use several workspaces, see reports and charts, export your data and use the Traackly API.
The Service runs in a current web browser. Voice input needs a browser with built-in speech recognition.
Plans and limits. The current limits of each plan are:
- Starter: 50 Smart Scans a month, 1 workspace and 10 custom categories.
- Pro: 100 Smart Scans and 150 Quick Add and voice entries a month, 10 budgets, 15 recurring expenses, 1 workspace and 10 custom categories.
- Scale: 150 Smart Scans and 250 Quick Add and voice entries a month, 20 budgets, 30 recurring expenses, 3 workspaces with 10 custom categories each and up to 30 in total, email forwarding for up to 10 emails a day, and 3 API keys.
A Smart Scan is one receipt read by AI, including a forwarded receipt. Adding expenses by hand has no limit, subject to fair use.
Custom plans. We may agree a custom plan with a business in writing. These terms apply to it except where that agreement says otherwise.
Monthly limits reset at the start of each monthly period, including on annual plans, and unused allowances do not carry over. Each forwarded email we process uses one Smart Scan, even if no expense can be created from it. When you reach a monthly limit, that feature pauses until it resets or you upgrade. When you reach a limit on how many items you can have, you cannot add more until you remove some or upgrade. Adding expenses by hand keeps working.
Changes to the Service. We keep improving the Service. Beyond fixes and improvements, we change or remove a feature only for one of these reasons: security or abuse prevention; a change in law or a regulator's request; a provider we depend on changing or ending its service; or replacing the feature with one that does the same job at least as well. Changes never cost you extra. If a change reduces what your plan gives you in more than a minor way, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, or as soon as we can if security or the law requires sooner, and you can cancel your plan. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
5. How our AI works, and its limits
The Service uses an AI provider to read the receipts and emails you scan or forward, and the text you enter with Quick Add or voice, and to turn what it reads into an expense. Expenses you enter yourself in the expense form are not sent to it.
- AI can make mistakes. It may misread a receipt, miss items, pick the wrong date or category, or read an amount incorrectly. Check the results, and correct them, before you rely on them.
- Not professional advice. The Service is a record-keeping tool. It does not give tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and its results are not a substitute for checking by you or a qualified adviser before you file a tax return, a claim or a report. Our Privacy Policy explains what we send to our AI provider.
6. Plans, billing and renewal
Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars, shown on our pricing page, and do not include tax. Any sales tax, VAT or similar tax depends on where you are and is added at checkout, so you see the total before you pay; it also applies at each renewal and plan change. Stripe may charge you in your local currency at its exchange rate, so the amount can differ slightly between renewals. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year.
Payment. You pay Stripe, using a payment method it accepts at checkout. You enter your payment details on Stripe's checkout page, under Stripe's terms, and we do not receive or store your full card number. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method, on our behalf, for your plan and any tax at the start of each billing period and when you change plan. Your card or bank statement shows the payment with our name, in the format Stripe uses. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice for each payment.
Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. We and Stripe may also email you reminders before a renewal.
Pro trial. The first time you subscribe to Starter, you also get 7 days of Pro features at no extra cost, with Starter's Smart Scan limit and up to 50 Quick Add and voice entries. When the 7 days end, your account returns to Starter features. Budgets and recurring expenses you created during the trial are paused and kept for a period; if you upgrade within that time they come back, otherwise they are deleted. Expenses already created stay in your history. The trial is offered once per account.
Changing plan. You can change plan at any time, unless a payment is outstanding. We charge or credit the difference for the rest of your period right away, and credit is used against your future invoices. The new plan applies once any payment for it goes through. Features it does not include stop: API keys and the forwarding address end for good, extra workspaces are combined into your default workspace, and budgets and recurring expenses are deleted after a warning. Expenses already created stay. If you keep more items than a lower plan allows, they keep working, but you cannot add new ones. Credit is not paid out in cash, but if your account closes with unused credit, we refund it on request.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. Until a payment succeeds, the app, the API, AI receipt reading and email forwarding are paused, but your data is kept and you can still download your expenses as CSV. As soon as the payment goes through, for example after you update your payment method, everything works again. If no payment succeeds after the last retry, your plan ends and section 7 applies.
Price changes. We may change our prices for future billing periods. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you before the new price applies.
Billing questions. If you think you were charged wrongly, write to support@traackly.com or contact Stripe's support, please before disputing a charge with your bank. If you dispute it, Stripe handles the dispute for us. While it is open, your access and billing are paused, but your data is kept and you can download your expenses. If it is decided in our favor, everything resumes; otherwise your plan ends and section 7 applies.
7. Canceling your plan
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription, which opens Stripe's billing page, by emailing support@traackly.com from your account email, or in your account with Stripe, where Stripe's terms apply to the change. There is no fee.
- Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can change your mind until then with "Keep my plan".
- When your plan ends, the app is locked. We keep your data for at least 30 days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner, so you can resubscribe or download your expense list. After that, we delete your account and data, unless you have asked us to move your data under section 13, except the records that section 8 of our Privacy Policy says we keep longer.
- Deleting your account ends your plan immediately and starts the same period. Except as set out in sections 8 and 9, we do not refund the rest of your period. Your right of withdrawal under section 8 is not affected.
8. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
We give every customer a 14-day right of withdrawal, wherever you live.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded, which is the day you subscribed.
To withdraw, tell us (Anyphorel LLC (Traackly), 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901, USA, support@traackly.com) of your decision with a clear statement, preferably by email. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
You can also withdraw online, with the withdrawal button in Settings → Plan & Billing. If you do, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt. If you do not receive it, write to support@traackly.com.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days have passed.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you for this contract no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, and you pay no fees for the refund.
If you withdraw, your plan ends immediately and section 7 applies to your data.
Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

Name: ____________
Email address of the Traackly account: ____________
Address: ____________

9. Refunds
Except where these terms or the law say otherwise, payments are non-refundable, and a plan change that costs less is credited to your account rather than refunded. We do refund:
- Withdrawals within 14 days, as set out in section 8.
- Changes or ending by us, where section 13, 19 or 20 gives you a refund.
- Billing mistakes. If we charged you wrongly, we refund the amount charged in error.
- Account credit. If your account closes with unused credit from a plan change, we refund it on request.
- Faulty service. If the Service does not work as these terms describe and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the law of your country.
Every refund includes the tax you paid on the amount refunded. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
10. Your content
"Your content" means the receipts, emails, expenses, notes and other data you add to the Service.
- You own your content. You give us permission to store, copy and process it to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, to comply with the law and to enforce these terms, as described in our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
- You are responsible for what you add. Only add content you have the right to use. Receipts and emails can contain other people's details, such as a shop's address or a sender's email; add them only as part of your own records.
- Keep your own copies of anything important. We may store receipt photos in compressed form, and the Service is not a backup or archiving service for original documents you are legally required to keep.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to store content you have no right to;
- upload malware, or anything designed to damage or disrupt the Service or other people's systems;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or test, scan or probe our systems without our written permission;
- get around usage limits, rate limits or plan restrictions, for example by creating extra accounts;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except where the law allows it;
- resell, rent or share access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- use the Service, or anything it produces other than your own content, to train AI models;
- deliberately forward to your Traackly address emails that are not receipts or purchase records, or use it to receive spam.
12. The Traackly API
If your plan includes API access, you may use the Traackly API to connect your own data with your own tools, scripts and automations.
- Keep your API keys secret and do not share them. Anyone with a key can access the data in its workspace, and you are responsible for requests made with your keys. Follow the rate limits and rules in our API documentation.
- We may change the API, with at least 30 days' notice of changes that break existing integrations unless security or the law requires sooner. We may revoke a key that is misused or puts others at risk, and keys stop working when your plan no longer includes API access.
13. Ending this agreement
By you. You can stop using the Service at any time by canceling your plan under section 7 or by deleting your account.
Suspension or closure by us without notice. We may suspend or close your account immediately if we reasonably believe that:
- you have seriously or repeatedly broken these terms, including section 11;
- your account is being used for fraud, or for something unlawful;
- keeping your account open would put the Service, other customers or anyone else at risk of harm; or
- the law or a competent authority requires it.
Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond. If we close your account because you broke these terms, we do not refund any period you have paid for, except where the law requires it. If a payment has failed, the "Failed payments" paragraph in section 6 applies.
Closure by us with notice. We may also end your plan for any other reason, or stop offering the Service, by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. Your plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
Your data when the agreement ends. You have at least 30 days after your plan ends to get your data, unless the law or the safety of others prevents it. Download your expenses as CSV in the app, or write to privacy@traackly.com from your account's email for a free full copy, including receipt files, in a common format. After that, we delete your data, except the records section 8 of our Privacy Policy describes.
Switching to another service. If you are in the EU, you may at any time ask us at privacy@traackly.com to export all your data, to you or another provider, or to erase it, free and with no notice period. We do this within 30 days, or within up to 7 months if that is technically impossible, which we tell you within 14 working days; you may extend the period once. Meanwhile your plan continues and we help you and keep your data secure. The agreement ends once the switch is complete, and you then have 30 days to retrieve your data before we erase it, except what the law requires us to keep. Your data is stored in the United States and disclosed to authorities only where the law requires.
14. Our intellectual property and your feedback
The Service and everything in it, except your content, belongs to us or our licensors, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, the Traackly name and all intellectual property rights in them. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business use while your account is active, and nothing more.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the Service, without owing you anything. This does not give us any rights in your content.
15. Our promises, and their limits
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. It may at times be unavailable, for example during maintenance, outages at our service providers or network failures outside our control. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties that are not set out in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not affect any warranties that the law does not allow us to exclude.
16. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data. Our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the first claim arose.
Always. None of these limits applies to any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
17. Disputes
Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, please email support@traackly.com. Outside the US arbitration below, this is a request, not a condition.
Arbitration (United States). If you are a consumer living in, or a business located in, the United States:
- Informal step. Before arbitration, either of us must describe the dispute in writing to the other and allow 30 days to resolve it; deadlines are paused meanwhile. This does not apply to small claims court.
- Binding individual arbitration. Disputes are settled by binding individual arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or its Commercial Arbitration Rules for business customers, not in court. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to have a judge decide. The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could, including attorneys' fees where the law allows. Hearings take place in your county, or where your business is, or by video or on documents as the rules allow. Fees follow the AAA rules, which limit what consumers pay. If the AAA cannot act, a court may appoint an arbitrator under 9 U.S.C. § 5.
- Who decides. The arbitrator decides the scope and enforceability of this agreement, but a court decides whether the class action waiver, mass-claims or public injunctive relief terms are valid, whether a claim seeks public injunctive relief, and whether you opted out.
- No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not in any class, collective or representative proceeding. If this waiver is finally held unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court. If the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, they govern. You may seek public injunctive relief in court after your individual arbitration ends.
- Small claims. Either of us may use small claims court instead.
- Opt out. Email support@traackly.com with your name, account email and "arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first subscribing, or of creating your account if you never subscribe. Opting out changes nothing else.
- Changes. A change to this section applies only to claims arising after it. You may reject a material change by emailing us within 30 days of our notice, and the previous version then applies to you.
- These rules on unenforceability prevail over the severability clause in section 20.
Courts. If you opt out, or a claim must go to court, the courts where you live decide it; for business customers, the state or federal courts in Delaware. Consumers outside the United States may use the courts of their country, and its mandatory consumer laws still protect them.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and, for arbitration, by the Federal Arbitration Act. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
19. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms to reflect changes in law, in the Service under section 4 or in how we or our providers operate, to deal with security or misuse, or to make them clearer. A change never alters your price or what your plan includes; sections 4 and 6 cover those.
For any change that is not purely in your favor or editorial, we email you 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may end your plan before then, and we refund the unused part of your period where the law requires it. Other changes take effect when we publish them. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. Section 17 has its own rule for changes to it. The date at the top shows the current version, and earlier versions are listed at the end of this page.
20. General
- Notices. We send notices by email or in the app, and Stripe sends payment emails; these count as written notices. Send notices to us at support@traackly.com.
- Transfer. We may transfer this agreement as part of a reorganization or sale of our business if your rights are not reduced. We tell you by email first, and if you are a consumer you may end your plan before the transfer, with a refund of the unused part of your period where the law requires it. You may not transfer it without our consent.
- If we stop selling through Stripe. Your subscription may move to us or another payment provider, and your plan, price and these terms may change. We tell you first, and we do not charge you until you authorize it.
- Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Severability and waiver. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term right away does not waive it.
- Survival. Terms that by their nature should continue after this agreement ends do so, including those on refunds and amounts owed, your content and data, switching, liability, disputes and governing law.
- Whole agreement. These terms, with the plan details and prices shown before you subscribed, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Consumer complaints. If you are in the United States, you can also contact the consumer protection office of your state's attorney general.
