CSV export is included on every plan. Excel and PDF exports are included on Pro and Scale. If your plan ends, you can still download all your expenses as CSV from the screen you see when you sign in.

Yes. Set the date range in Filters, then export. The file includes every expense that matches your search and filters, and you can also tick individual expenses to export only those.

No. Exports contain your expense details. For a complete copy of everything in your account, including receipt files, email privacy@traackly.com from the email address on your account.

On Pro and Scale, Reports shows Daily Spending, Category Breakdown, Top Merchants and a Monthly Comparison against the month before. Scale adds analytics across your workspaces, and every plan has monthly totals on the dashboard.
