Delete your account
How to delete your Traackly account, what happens to your data, and how to change your mind.
How to delete it
- Go to Settings, Account, and click Delete Account.
- Enter your password (if you have one) and type DELETE to confirm.
What happens
- Your subscription is canceled immediately. The unused part of your period is not refunded, but your 14-day right to withdraw still applies: email support@traackly.com within 14 days of subscribing.
- Your forwarding address and API keys stop working.
- You are signed out, and we email you a confirmation.
After you delete your account
Your data is kept for a period, then permanently deleted. We email you before.
- Changed your mind? Sign in and choose a plan. Your expenses and settings come back. Create new API keys and a new forwarding address if you need them.
- Want it gone now? Sign in and choose Delete Account on the screen you see. Everything is deleted immediately.
Some records are kept longer where the law requires it, such as billing records. The Privacy Policy lists them.
Deleting your Traackly account doesn't delete any account you have with Stripe, where your receipts from Stripe are kept. Stripe's own pages let you manage or delete it.
