Quick Add and voice

No receipt? Type or say what you spent, and Traackly turns it into an expense. Quick Add and voice are included on Pro and Scale.

Type an expense

Find the Type an expense... bar above your expense list, write what you spent and press Enter. For example:

• lunch with a client 42 dollars
• taxi to the airport 35 euros yesterday
• office chair 189 dollars last week wednesday

Traackly fills in the merchant, amount, currency, date, category and a description, and saves the expense. It appears in the Quick Add card, where you can check it, edit any field, or delete it.

Say an expense

Click the microphone in the Quick Add bar and speak. Traackly listens in your browser's language. The microphone appears in browsers that support voice input, such as Chrome, Edge and Safari.

If your browser blocked the microphone, click the icon next to the address bar, allow the microphone, and reload the page.

Good to know

• One expense at a time. Enter each expense on its own. If you mention two prices, only one expense is created, or you are asked to split them.
• Today or earlier. Expenses can't be dated in the future, so phrases like "tomorrow" or "next week" aren't accepted.
• Dates. Traackly understands phrases like "yesterday", "last week" or "last week Wednesday". Weeks run from Monday to Sunday.
• Currency. Mention it, such as "dollars", "euros" or "pounds", so the expense is saved in the right one.

Monthly limits

Typed and spoken entries share one count. It resets once a month, on the same schedule as your Smart Scans. During the 7-day Pro trial, you get 50 entries.
